Puerto Banús has hosted and sponsored, together with Magna Supercars, an exhibition of the 15 most exclusive vehicles that were on show at the Costa del Sol Concours d’elegance. The value of the vehicles on display in the port area amounted to over 100 million euros.
Last Friday, July 29th, more than 15 supercars gathered at the Dock of Honor in Puerto Banús, which were on display all day, until the subsequent private event to celebrate the ‘Best of Show’ awards ceremony from the Costa del Sol Concours d’elegance, an event sponsored by the marina together with Magna Supercars, Villa Padierna and Magna Café.
The contest, which has been running for four editions, has a new name and has coincided with the 5th Anniversary of Magna Super Cars. Exceptional vehicles from the beginning of the history of the automobile world to the present day participated in the contest, which has already become an international reference.
The Dock of Honor in Puerto Banús was the setting chosen for the third day of said event in which visitors and users of Puerto Banús were able to enjoy unique vehicles in the world.
Throughout the day, the most unusual vehicles could be seen at the marina, such as the seven winners of their respective categories (classic, modern, supercar, etc.) and both the Hispano Suiza from 1919 and the Aston Martin V12 Speedster, which received the Best of Show award in their respective categories, which was delivered in Puerto Banús.
On display was the Lamborghini Aventador J, of which there is only one in the world, with a price of over €15,000,000, a LaFerrari Aperta, of which there are only 199 units and a value of around €5,000,000, the Porsche 918 Spyder with a price of €1,500,000, a McLaren Senna, of which only 500 exist and has a price of €1,500,000 and the GTA Spano, the Spanish hypercar with a price of just over €1,000,000. These are just some of the jewels that could be seen exclusively in Puerto Banús.
As if that were not enough, and coinciding with the unique exhibition of supercars, Puerto Banús hosted for the first time in its Dock of Honor a Formula 1 single-seater from the Alpine team, which was exhibited on Friday and Saturday for the exclusive enjoyment of visitors and users of the port area.
