Puerto Banus introduces it’s 50th Anniversary campaign

On 5 December 2019, the mayor of Marbella, Ma. Ángeles Muñoz Uriol, and the CEO of Puerto Banús®, Juan Núñez Insausti, inaugurated the Second Christmas Market and presented the key points for the 50tth anniversary of Puerto Banús which will take place in 2020, in addition to the campaign image and the first video.

The year 2020 will be a very special one for Puerto Banús as it will mark a half-century since its official opening in 1970. For the Marina, the fiftieth anniversary will be a unique opportunity to enhance the positioning of Puerto Banús and help to build the Puerto Banús of the future.

Over 2020, an array of actions will be carried out to attract a new target profile, millennials, who enjoy high disposable income. The campaign, which encompasses the entire Marbella and Costa del Sol destination, will avail of the presence of major Spanish and international influencers who will represent the main brand values of Puerto Banús. The social networks will play a fundamental role in this.

New image, new logo

To celebrate this moment, we have created a new image, the 50th anniversary logo for the Marina, which will appear on all the elements and campaigns we will launch in 2020. The logo is in harmony with our corporate identity, with modern and elegant lines, and one of our identifying colours: copper.
