Puerto Banús has organized a regatta for two of its departments, Customer Service and Maritime, with Try Sail. This activity, which was held last Wednesday, October 18, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with a subsequent lunch for everyone, took place with the aim of promoting teamwork and cohesion between departments to improve communication and coordination among them. 

Try Sail is a sailing school with offices in Cívitas Puerto Banús that organizes family, corporate and sporting sailing events, in which it is interesting to participate for both professional sailors and people who have never sailed before. Their mission is to make this sport more accessible to everyone, regardless of each person’s experience or abilities. 

‘Team building’ is an activity that is increasingly spreading in companies because it offers benefits for both the company and the employees. 

Puerto Banús is proud to promote team building through activities outside the office, such as the exciting regatta we organized in collaboration with Try Sail, which always strengthens the bonds between team members to help them achieve their goals more efficiently while creating a positive work environment.

In this way, we foster team building to enhance group work and invite companies to organize these activities for their employees, as they promote a positive attitude and strengthen camaraderie.

Special thanks to Try Sail for welcoming us to their sailing school and for organizing this regatta for part of our team, who truly enjoyed the day and learned more about this sport.
