Collaboration with Try Sail for a team building activity

Puerto Banús has organized a regatta for two of its departments, Customer Service and Maritime, with Try Sail. This activity, which was held last Wednesday, October 18, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with a subsequent lunch for everyone, took place with the aim of promoting teamwork and cohesion between departments to improve communication and coordination among them.

Try Sail is a sailing school with offices in Cívitas Puerto Banús that organizes family, corporate and sporting sailing events, in which it is interesting to participate for both professional sailors and people who have never sailed before. Their mission is to make this sport more accessible to everyone, regardless of each person’s experience or abilities.

‘Team building’ is an activity that is increasingly spreading in companies because it offers benefits for both the company and the employees.

Cívitas Puerto Banús is proud to promote team building through activities outside the office, such as the exciting regatta that we organize in collaboration with Try Sail, which always enhances the bonds between team members to help them achieve their objectives more efficient by creating a positive work environment.

In this way, we encourage team building to enhance group work and we invite companies to organize these activities for their employees as it promotes a positive attitude and strengthens camaraderie.

Thanks to Try Sail for welcoming us to their sailing school and for organizing this regatta for part of our team who enjoyed the day and were able to learn more about this sport.
