Puerto Banús has recently joined the association Círculo Fortuny.  This association brings together prestigious Spanish firms in a common forum and its members include major companies like Bvlgari, Cinco Jotas, Loewe, Lladró, LVMH, Vega Sicilia, and others. Through this membership, Puerto Banús strengthens its mission of becoming leader of luxury nautical tourism in the Mediterranean and thereby maximises its position as an international destination. In addition, it inaugurates a new category of representation; nautical, which will join the other sectors.

Since it was founded in 1970, the iconic marina has had one of Europe’s largest concentrations of luxury firms per square metre. Visitors to Puerto Banús can find on its streets prestigious boutiques like Dior, Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, etc. among more than 100 boutiques. Banús is currently positioned among the tourist destinations with the highest average shopping bills in the country. In addition, Puerto Banús welcomes new firms every year, such as recent arrivals Saint Laurent and Loewe.

This, coupled with its concentration of superyachts, has led the Marbella marina to formalise its membership of the association of prestigious brands through the signing by Puerto Banús CEO, Juan Núñez Insausti and Mr Carlos Falcó, Executive Chairman of Círculo Fortuny.
