Puerto Ban\u00fas traces its beginnings to the 1960s, when visionary entrepreneur Jos\u00e9 Ban\u00fas embarked on the development of a luxury residential area known as Nueva Andaluc\u00eda. A pivotal encounter with Noldi Schreck\u2014renowned architect and designer of iconic Beverly Hills\u2014 inspired Ban\u00fas to pursue a more ambitious and internationally oriented project. <\/p>\n

Thus, the concept of Puerto Ban\u00fas was born: a Mediterranean village infused with Andalusian charm, featuring elegant avenues, vibrant gardens, and a stunning seaside setting. The grand inauguration took place in 1970, attended by over 1,500 distinguished guests, including members of the Spanish royal family, Prince Rainier and Princess Grace of Monaco as guests of honour, and a young Julio Iglesias, who captivated attendees with his music. <\/p>\n
